Are 7Artisans lenses compatible with my camera body?
Our lenses are designed for various mirrorless systems including Sony E, Fujifilm X, Micro Four Thirds, Canon RF, and Nikon Z mounts. Please check the specific mount type listed on the product page before purchasing.
Do 7Artisans lenses support autofocus?
Most of our catalog consists of manual focus prime lenses to provide a tactile photography experience and high-quality optics at an affordable price. However, we are expanding our lineup to include select autofocus models.
What is your international shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping. Delivery times typically range from 7 to 15 business days depending on your location and the selected shipping method at checkout.
How do I handle a warranty claim?
All 7Artisans products come with a standard 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If you experience an issue, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the defect.
What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
Are import duties included in the price?
Product prices do not include local taxes or import duties. Customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their country's regulations upon arrival.
