At 7Artisans, we strive for optical excellence and customer satisfaction; if your lens or accessory does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all factory accessories included to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Pack with Care
Securely package the product in its original box, ensuring all lens caps, hoods, and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your package to our quality control department for inspection.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
